When you submit our contact, demo request, or risk diagnostic forms we collect the information you provide — typically your name, work email, company, role, and any message content. We do not collect special-category data.
How we use it
We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, schedule demonstrations, and provide the GreenHulls SOMS service you have requested. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Lawful basis
Our lawful basis under UK GDPR is either (a) your consent, given when you submit a form, or (b) our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry from you.
Retention
We retain enquiry data for as long as needed to manage the conversation and any resulting commercial relationship, after which it is securely deleted.
Your rights
